Terms and Conditions

1. Purchase of Online Courses

To purchase an Online Course, you must provide accurate information and pay the full Course Fee displayed on our website. A legally binding agreement (“Contract”) arises when: (a) we send you an order confirmation email granting access to the course; and (b) we receive full payment of the Course Fee in cleared funds.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If no contract arises, any payment will be refunded. We may modify Course details, fees, or withdraw courses at any time before a Contract is formed.

2. Payment

All fees are stated and payable in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Currency conversion or bank fees are borne by you. If any payment fails or is reversed, your course access may be suspended until resolved.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy (Strict)

If TGE cancels an Online Course before the scheduled access period ends, you will receive a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of the Course Fee via the original payment method within 28 days of notification.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Internet or hardware issues on your end
• Dissatisfaction with instructor style or content
• Suspension for breach of these T&C

4. License and Ownership

All Online Courses, videos, notes, questions, and materials (“Course Materials”) are owned by TGE or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Course Materials solely for your private learning during the access period.

You must not download, copy, record, screen-capture, redistribute, publicly post, train AI models on, resell, use for commercial tutoring, or create derivative works from Course Materials without prior written consent. Breach may result in termination without refund and legal action.

5. User Accounts and Access

Your account is for one individual. Do not share credentials or permit simultaneous logins by multiple users. We may monitor IP addresses and usage to detect sharing or misuse and suspend access if necessary. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.

6. Online Course Access and Conduct

Access duration is specified in your confirmation email. TGE may retire or replace content; if this materially impacts a fixed access period, we may offer equivalent content or a pro-rata credit.

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, including abusive conduct, academic dishonesty (e.g., sharing solutions), or disruption of community spaces. TGE may suspend or terminate access without refund for misconduct.

7. Technical Support and Availability

TGE aims to provide continuous access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance or emergency downtime may occur.

You are responsible for your internet, device, and software setup. TGE is not liable for connectivity, browser, or third-party software issues.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

TGE will provide Course Materials consistent with their description. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome, grade, or qualification. TGE makes no warranty that content will be completely error-free or compatible with all systems.

Report content errors to support@timganmath.edu.sg; we will review and correct where appropriate.

All implied warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• TGE's total liability for all claims is capped at the total fees you paid for the course in the 12 months preceding the claim
• TGE is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, including loss of income, business, savings, data, or goodwill

10. Force Majeure

TGE is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, cyberattacks, platform outages, government restrictions, or internet failures.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore's PDPA.

By enrolling, you consent to data use to manage your course and account, and to receive service-related communications. Marketing messages (email, WhatsApp, SMS) are sent only with consent; you may opt out anytime.

For data access or correction requests, contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at contact@timganmath.edu.sg.

12. User-Generated Content and Recordings

If you submit questions, comments, solutions, or appear in live sessions, you grant TGE a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display such content for course delivery and community operation.

Live sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and enrolled students' playback. By joining, you consent to being recorded. You must not record or redistribute any session without written permission.

13. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, or use bots
• Circumvent security measures or DRM
• Frame or embed course pages
• Upload illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
• Use the platform for commercial tutoring using TGE materials
• Train AI models on Course Materials without written permission

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TGE, its officers, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, losses, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these T&C or misuse of the Services.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These T&C are governed by Singapore law. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in Singapore under the SIAC Rules, before a single arbitrator.

16. Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe content on our platform infringes your intellectual property rights, email contact@timganmath.edu.sg with:

• Your name and contact details
• Description and ownership proof
• URL or identification of the allegedly infringing material
• A statement made in good faith and under penalty of perjury

17. Miscellaneous

• Assignment: You may not transfer these T&C without our consent.
• No Third-Party Rights: No person other than you and TGE has rights under these T&C.
• Severability: If any clause is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
• Entire Agreement: These T&C, the order confirmation, and referenced policies form the entire agreement.
